About the Role:
Join The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers as a Childcare Director, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds. This exciting opportunity allows you to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our children in Catonsville, MD.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare center to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the community.
  • Monitor and manage the center's budget and financial operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
Requirements:
  • CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

Compensation: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
