About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the community.
- Monitor and manage the center's budget and financial operations.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
Requirements:
- CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare management or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
